BSkyB demanded that an offer of more than 800p per share would better value the company, meaning that News Corp would have to find an extra £1bn. Kay Burley is pretty dire most of the time, but in this 9 minute interview she seems to only have one question to ask and repeats it again and again. Her only aim seems to be to try and trip up Lord Razzall. He handles her admirably.
