Il a rassemblé autour de lui des amis. Tout d'abord Mao, Iori et Jun les deux anciens guitaristes de Mar'derayla et enfin Shion l'ancien batteur de Mist of rouge . Fin octobre, alors qu'encore aucune photo n'est publiée, Mao est remplacé par Kenji l'ancien chanteur de Hiskarea qui en profite pour changer de nom, il devient Riku. Shion doit quitter le groupe suite à un problème à sa jambe et c'est en mars que Matoi est officiellement intégré au groupe. Kami Uta restera la chanson culte du groupe suivit par Fairy Times Memory ainsi que d'autres titres... Malheureusement c'est en fin Février 2007 que Phantasmagoria se sépare. En effet, les membres Iori et Matoi décident de laisser l'aventure du groupe afin d'entreprendre leur propres carrières, cela après leur dernier One Man Live At the End of the Rest Period . Cela oblige Kisaki à se rabattre sur son project Kisaki Project feat.Jui qu'il avait posposé afin d'entreprendre celui de Phantasmagoria. Seulement quelques problèmes fiscaux viennent assombrir le label UNDERCODE PRODUCTION de Kisaki : ce dernier annonce son retrait de la scène musicale. En janvier 2009, un DVD retraçant l'histoire du groupe est mit en vente : History Of Phantasmagoria Décembre 2009, le groupe annonce qu'il participera au UNDER CODE Countdown 2009-2010. Puis, quelques jours plus tard, le groupe annonce qu'il sera présent à deux lives début 2010 début février. De plus, sur le site d'UNDER CODE PRODUCTION, leur profil a été retiré de la section "disband", ce qui suppose donc que le groupe prévoit un possible retour pour 2010. Et, en effet, c'est le cas ! Le groupe reprend ses activités pour une durée limitée (du 31 décembre 2009 jusqu'au 5 avril 2010). Ils avaient décidé de reformer Phantasmagoria car les membres avaient encore quelques détails à régler mais selon Kisaki, un retour officiel est désormais impossible. Justice - UK: Lawful Rebellion - Roger Hayes challenges Liverpool City Council, Birkenhead - March 7, 2011 "Wirral Council is taking Roger Hayes to Birkenhead county court for non-payment of council tax. Mr Hayes, chairman of The British Constitution Group, claims the council tax is illegal and imposed without his consent. His stand has won support from all over the country, and demonstrators travelled miles to protest outside the court building. But, as judge Michael Peake tried to get the case under way, Mr Hayes repeatedly demanded whether he was "on oath of office". Judge Peake insisted it was a "properly constituted court", and said if Mr Hayes had a complaint it was an issue he could take up later. But Mr Hayes again asked if he was on oath of office and when he did not get an answer he was happy with, said: "Sir, I am obliged to arrest you for contempt of court and treason." Two supporters of Mr Hayes then attempted to make the arrest but were stopped by police." Justice - UK: LAWFUL REBELLION - BIRKENHALL JUDGE ARREST BY ENGLISHMEN - March 9, 2011 7th march 2011, Birkenhead judge been arrested To Whom It May Concern Seizure of Crown Buildings HM The Queen was served with a Barons Petition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 61 of Magna Carta 1215 on 24th March 2001 instructing her to: Withhold the Royal Assent from any Parliamentary Bill which attempts to ratify the Treaty of Nice unless and until the people of the United Kingdom have given clear and specific approval: Uphold and preserve the rights, freedoms and customs of your loyal subjects as set out in Magna Carta and the Declaration of Rights, which you, our Sovereign, swore before the nation to uphold and preserve in your Coronation Oath of June 1953: Her Majesty's ministers , and other evil counsellors, have failed to comply with these instructions to date and in October 2009, following the Lisbon 'Treaty', purported statutes and Regulations that are repugnant to the Common Law are being applied within the UK. This is an unlawful use of the Royal Prerogative. The provisions of Ch.61 of Magna Carta 1215 (which confirms the Common Law rights of individuals to defend their life, liberties and property) and therefore in force until a Constitutional Convention decides otherwise. ".... we make and grant to them the following security: that the barons, namely, may elect at their pleasure twenty five barons from the realm, who ought with all their strength, to observe, maintain and cause to be observed, the peace and privileges which we have granted to them and confirmed by this our present charter. In such wise, namely, that if we, or our justice, or our bailiffs, or any one of our servants shall have transgressed against any one in any respect, or shall have broken one of the articles of peace or security, and our transgression shall have been shown to four barons of the aforesaid twenty five: those four barons shall come to us, or, if we are abroad, to our justice, showing us in error; and they shall ask us to cause that error to be amended without delay. And if we do not amend that error...the aforesaid four barons shall refer the matter to the remainder of the twenty five barons, and those twenty five barons, with the whole land in common, shall distrain and oppress us in every way in their power, --namely, by taking our castles, lands and possessions, and in every other way that they can, until amends shall have been made according to their judgement..." Magna Carta 1215 is a peace treaty and contract that confirms the Common Law. It is not a statute and cannot be infringed upon by the authority of a statute.
