Dorade en croûte de sel avec Jonathan Garnier

Ingrédients : 2 dorade avec les écailles Persil plat Basilic 1 orange 1 citron 4 kg (9 lbs) de gros sel (2 Kg par poisson) 6 blancs d'oeufs Poivre long Préparation : Hacher 1 portion de persil et 2 de basilic (environ 1 tasse en tout) Trancher le citron et l'orange Dans 2 cul-de-poule, mélanger 3 blancs d'oeufs et 2 Kg de gros sel. Couvrir le fond de 2 plaques avec 1 Kg de sel, environ 1 cm d'épaisseur. Placer les poissons sur le sel. Insérer les herbes dans le premier poisson, les agrumes dans le second. Recouvrir du restant de sel et bien enrober les poissons. Dans un four pré-chauffé à 375˚F (180°C), cuire 25 minutes. Laisser reposer 10 minutes. Casser la croûte, nettoyer les poissons de l'excédant de sel et servir.

Cuarto Oscuro - cd "Rosas doradas"

ROSAS DORADAS, UN BUEN PRINCIPIO CUARTO OSCURO tienen aún una corta historia que se inicia en Marcilla (Navarra) a finales de 2005, cuando cuatro músicos procedentes de bandas como Peta Z o Desafio, encontraron que tenían los suficientes puntos en común como para iniciar una nueva aventura. LJ (voz y bajo), Oscar (guitarra y coros), Txiki (guitarra y coros) y Mikel (batería) se pasaron todo el 2006 encerrados en su local de Marcilla dando forma a sus primeras canciones y puliendo un estilo que finalmente quedó definido como “rock metal”. 2007 fue el año en que se dieron a conocer con una primera maqueta de 6 canciones y un total de 20 conciertos, incluido el teloneo a los norteamericanos The Chelsea Smile en Lekunberri. El rodaje fue satisfactorio hasta el punto que llamaron la atención de la agencia de management “Rock Star Management” y se vieron a punto como para encerrarse en el Estudio Sonosfera de Calahorra (La Rioja) para producirse ellos mismos y grabar el que ya es su primer disco. CANCIONES QUE NO DEJAN INDIFERENTE “ROSAS DORADAS” son 11 canciones de rock contundente con voz melódica y letras intimistas entre las que llaman poderosamente la atención la adaptación que han hecho de la popularísima “SILDAVIA” de La Unión (imposible no fijarse en ella) o la penetrante “CAMALEÓNICA”, una de esas canciones que no sabes por que, pero que termina clavandose en la matería gris. Atención tambien a “FÁCIL DE AMAR”. De ambas canciones tendremos videoclip. El de “SILDAVIA” rodado en parte en la vieja estación de tren de Marcilla (¿Para que ir mas lejos?) y en escenarios naturales, cuenta además con la colaboración de amigas del grupo.

Segundo single y videoclip de Cuarto Oscuro, los rock metaleros de Marcilla (Navarra) ya han empezado sus conciertos por toda España con su cd "Rosas Doradas" que salió a finales de Diciembre 2008.

ROSAS DORADAS, A GOOD BEGINNING CUARTO OSCURO still has one short history that begins in Marcilla (Navarra, North of Spain) toward end of 2005, when four musicians originating of bands like Peta Z or Desafio, found that they had the sufficient points in common like initiating a new adventure. LJ (voice and bass), Oscar (guitar and choirs), Txiki (guitar and choirs) and Mikel (drums) went all the 2006 locked up in their home in Marcilla giving form to his first songs and polishing a style that finally stayed defined as "rock metal". 2007 were the year in which they occurred to know with one first 6 songs demo and a total of 20 concerts, including the supporting to the North Americans The Chelsea Smile in Lekunberri. The running was satisfactory until the point that called the attention of the agency of management "Rock Star Management" and they were seen ready to lock in itself in the Recording Study Sonosfera in Calahorra (La Rioja - Spain) to take place they themselves and to record the one who already are their debut disc.
