Dar Najat's Kitchen happy mates!
“Best meal in Marrakech” Booked in for a set meal. There were 6 of us and they said they would get music in.. Which they did, live music and dance. Fabulous food and entertainment. “Most Delicious Meal in all of Marrakech!” Upon arrival at the Riad Dar Najat, we were told that we would be served dinner...Not knowing what to expect, we sat down to wait in one of their relaxing lounges. When dinner came, we were immediately drooling. A rich spicy lemony chicken tagine, complimented with zuchinni florets and eggplant and string beans and a fresh salad and fresh bread. Of course beer and wine and dessert. My brother and I felt like kings. We ate it all. They were also kind as to ask us other foods we enjoyed, and prepared us a delicious lamb dish as well. Considering we wanted to explore some other restaurants around the area, we visited a pricey close-by restaurant, Le Marrakechi, which ended up being quite boring, the meat dry and served in small portions... Without a doubt, Dar Najat's Kitchen was our favorite restaurant, and to make it all the bette, you could enjoy your meal in the privacy of your own Riad (that is if you are lucky enough to be staying there as well). We asked the staff to prepare us the same meal from our arrival for our departure, and is was as delicious as the first, if not more. I wish I could enjoy it right now...NEXT TIME! Thanks Dar Najat Kitchen!

Une fillette est morte mercredi en fin d'après-midi à La Mongie, dans les Hautes-Pyrénées, dans une collision avec un engin de damage peu après la fermeture des pistes, alors qu'elle faisait de la luge dans un secteur fréquenté par les enfants. Selon le procureur de Tarbes, la "piste fermée aux skieurs servait d’air de jeux pour des enfants qui venaient y faire de la luge".

"best riad manager in marrakech"Oliver from Riad Dar Najat
“Best Riad with the Best People in Marrakech” was just at this lovely Riad for my first visit to Marrakech and it was beyond amazing. Coming in, you are instantly greeted by the warmest people who make you feel right at home. The Riad is tucked away from the chaos of the Old Town but is in the perfect location; we didn't drive anywhere the three days we were in town (we just walked, and walked, and walked). The rooms are lovely; clean and very beautifully decorated with awesome bathrooms and great showers! There is a lovely lobby for late night chess games and three levels of terraces for outdoor teas, drinks, etc. At night, the Riad was quiet and we slept so well : ) Eat lots here, as the food is delicious and home-made...also very reasonably priced! Breakfast (included) was served every morning and was a wonderful mix of european croissants, moroccan bread, and awesome coffee...all served outside overlooking the rooftops of Marrakech. Dinners were extra but well worth the money as the food was authentic and served in a relaxed atmosphere making it feel like you were really at home, not in a hotel. The owner and staff are wonderful...they have great advice for shopping, spas, etc and will help you find anything. We were here for New Year's Eve and the party was unforgettable. I cannot say enough wonderful things; Riad Dar Najat made Marrakech the trip of a lifetime. Stay here!!!!

Elle survit à une chute de 111 mètres
Elle est australienne, elle a 22 ans et elle s’appelle Erin Langworthy. Son nom ne vous dit sans doute rien, mais cette jeune femme est une miraculée. En effet, lors d’un saut à l’élastique au dessus du fleuve Zambèze à côté des Chutes Victoria en Afrique, la corde et l’élastique qui retenaient la jeune femme se sont rompus. Tout aurait pu s’arrêter là si la jeune femme n’avait pas vite repris conscience. La jeune femme a dérivé pendant de longues minutes au beau milieu du courant surpuissant des chutes d’eau. Mais elle n’a pas perdu son courage. D’autant que, cerise sur le gâteau, le fleuve était infesté de crocodiles. Après s’être hissée hors de l’eau, elle a été emmenée en Afrique du Sud pour faire soigner de ses blessures. Elle ne souffre que d’une clavicule cassée et de gros hématomes ce qui est étonnamment peu compte tenu de la hauteur de la chute et de la puissance du choc.

RIAD BAB ESSAOUIRA-BEST BOUTIQUE RIAD IN ESSAOUIRA loves gainsbourg- Comic Strip
“ASTONISHINGLY GOOD RIAD WITH A STUPENDOUS LEVEL OF PERSONAL SERVICE” My wife and I wanted a short break during our Marrakech holiday and decided to book a two night stay in Riad bab Essaouira. This turned out to be a fantastic decision and we wish that we had arranged more time in Essaouira. The riad is located in the middle of the old medina, some 5 min away from the beach, positioned in a quite side street; there was little noise in the daytime and absolutely none at night. We had booked the room at the top of the house which comprised of a large double bed, on-suite WC/shower, sitting area, and included a large flat screen TV, it also had its own small private terrace with a couple of sun lounges. There is an additional larger roof terrace with surrounding sofas. The riad contains four floors with rooms on levels 1, 2 and 4 with a kitchen and sitting/dining area on level 3 (There is also a kitchen on the ground floor). All rooms in the Riad bab Essaouira are superb, but for a family or small group requiring perhaps three rooms it would be a dream. We are certainly considering this option for our next visit. This house is typical of an old medina converted establishment, the building being tall and narrow, so you need to be able to climb a number of stairs to access your room, but the climb is worth it. The standard of cleanliness and the quality of the décor was first class and the level of service provided by the staff (Siad in particular) was outstanding, they just couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was served efficiently and excellent in quality and quantity. We constantly felt that it was a privilege to be a quest. The location of the riad is ideal for everything, from restaurants, bars, markets, beach, and the fishing port, although you must appreciate that it is within the city walls and so cars/trucks are excluded (Nearest car park is at the port, approximately 2-3 minutes walk). Essaouira (Old city only. I cannot comment on the new city development) is a charming venue with an extensive souk, large sandy beach and a fantastic old active fishing port. If you like seafood, as we do, it is heaven! The quality of the seafood is superb, taken straight from the boats as they arrive and served as you request it. If seafood is not your choice then there are plenty of restaurants serving every other type of food you can imagine. Bars are plentiful where you can sit drinking your soft drink or tea/coffee for as long as you wish without hassle. There are numerous sporting/leisure activities available, with windsurfing being the most popular. It is our view that if you are looking for a relaxing break in a fabulous riad with unbelievably good food and service then Riad bab Essaouira would be our recommendation. Room Tip: Top floor if you want most privacy, but you need to be prepared to climb a number of stairs.
