I have decided to found Americans who aren't assholes. I encourage the founding of French who aren't assholes, Britons who aren't assholes etc. With 2 central tenets -1) That no bullet be fired against any country by any country whose citizens cannot find the country on a map. And 2) Conflict of Interest. No commercial relation can be established for 5 years after the last bullet is fired. No Disaster Capitalism. And 3) No Media outlet have any interest In any company contracting to the militaries involved. Until there are investigations and trials against the criminals who have pillaged killed and "liberated" that is to say uprooted so many. When one thinks of "Regime Change". On this thanksgiving I am thankful that the whole world is not yet crushed under the boot of a smug self righteous elite of ultra wealthy gangsters such as Hillary Clinton and Susan Rice and Barack Obama and David Cameron and Nikolas Sarkozy. I will not evaluate Russia for the moment since they have been largely at peace since 1980. They have not bombed other countries. I have done a couple of pieces on Luis Ocampo and the ICC. And on putting Clinton Rasmussen and their whole gang on trial for Crimes Against humanity for unnecessarily bombing Libya 10,000 times. A country that has commited far far less acts of state violence than the UK France or the US. Lockerbie was a tiny drop in the bucket compared to Iraq alone. And we have on our heads the arming of the Contras in Nicaragua -- the attemted coup in Venezuela and Bolivia, the death of a million in Iraq and the destruction of its literacy rate. Upon reviewing the ICC warrants against Libya: I realized that in the press of all these deaths in Libya I had overlooked a few very problematic issues about the ICC warrants. Libya is not a signatory to the ICC! SuperPower Gangsterism & Impunity: The ICC can only issue warrants against signatories -- OR cases referred by the Security Council. This means that the permanent members -- can essentially illegalize and invade countries -- in other words strip countries of their sovereignty -- unless they are permanent members of the UN. Would this function be allowable if the countries withdrew entirely from the U.N. itself? The groups that leveled charges against Gada The troubling legality of the ICC's arrest warrants for Gadaffi To date, the Court has opened investigations into seven situations: the Democratic Republic of the Congo; Uganda; the Central African Republic; Darfur, Sudan; the Republic of Kenya; the Libyan Arab Jamahiriya and the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.[25][26] Of these seven, three were referred to the Court by the states parties (Uganda, Democratic Republic of the Congo and the Central African Republic), two were referred by the United Nations Security Council (Darfur and Libya) and two were begun proprio motu by the Prosecutor (Kenya and Côte d'Ivoire). Selon le porte parole du gouvernement libyen le docteur Moussa Ibrahim, le leader Martyr Mouammar Kadhafi été capturé par les forces spéciales américaines après l'avoir blessé et ils l'ont remis aux rebelles et aux mercenaires qu'ils l'ont assassiné. Personne ne peut jurer de quoi que se soi. Ce qui est certain par contre ceux sont les documents divers, vidéos, photos, témoignages sonores de " proches " et les versions contradictoires qui nous poussent a mettre un doute les preuves de sa mort qui nous sont présentées précisément ce 20 10 2011, une journée à peine de la déclaration de Hillary Clinton lors de sa visite surprise sur le sol libyen en dehors du sol libyen ? Sa fameuse déclaration et le reste qui suivit, une chronologie d'événements comme s'il s'agissait d'une mise en scène que L'Otan a produit pur sortir de Libye coute que coute son crime ne cessant de grandir cela devenait insupportable. Que M'3ammar était été déjà mort avant la prise de Tripoli, ou après celle-ci, que ce fait a été volontairement caché par la résistance , ou qu'il est 'été capturé, tenu au secret et substitué le jour "J" le 20 10 2011 par Ali Majid el andalousi sosie lui ressemblant comme deux gouttes d'eau,, lynché puis tué pour faire vrai, Ou encore qu'il est été effectivement tué ce 20 10 2011 et que volontairement on a diffusé de faux documents pour occuper les gens et les éloigner du génocide commis à Cyrte, le temps d'effacer le crime, et surtout de faire oublier à la résistance la journée du vendredi du lendemain de ce 20. Toutes ces question sans réponse à cause du nouveau couvercle exercé par l'Otan sur toute information contradictoire qui font dire même à des gens du pouvoir légitime depuis damas en Syrie que Mé3ammar n'est plus de ce monde. ou tout simplement qu'il est vivant, attendant que l'Otan termine sa mission en Libye pour s'occuper des rats enfin.

For some reason our entire media -- decided to make this conflict into a cartoon story of good vs evil, unwilling to ever utter a number of indisputable facts: 1) That Libya had the highest standard of living in Africa, especially for its poorest citizens. Libya had better social welfare programs than the US for its poorest citizens. 2) that is was secular and had equal rights for blacks and women. And 3) That underlying its socialist secular state -- was a complex web of tribal and regional relationships. The US and NATO rather than seeking a way to help Libya achieve greater democracy while retaining its prosperity, universities and medical services, etc -- ended up propelling a small minority of Islamic extremists into positions of power. It is absolutely reckless and incompetent foreign policy. And incredibly savage and brutal. It is no surprise that Gadaffi was beaten to death after capture -- based on the example we set in Libya. The thuggish way that Gadaffi was handled -- was the logical fulfillment of exactly what this witless warmongering administration created. The New Libya was created By Obama & Clinton -- "make no mistake". Instead of a peaceful prosperous police state -- that needed constructive engagement first certainly -- to endow its citizens with greater freedom of political expression -- we have created a land riven by animosity with brutal gangs roaming the lands -- gangs the Obama administration enabled to do things link lynching of blacks, opening fire on Loyalists, rounding up and beating and torturing loyalists. This policy can only be described as the most devilish way possible to destroy a country -- maximum fury of assault -- minimum of due diligence "understanding Libya" for Hillary Clinto to cackle "We Came We Saw He Died -- also shows what political appointee's rather than real professionals -- do -- they grotesquely shatter our foreign relations. Clinton & Obama have created 3 powerful sub chiefs in Libya Tripoli is ruled by Belhaj a notorious Islamic extremist with ties to Al Qaeda The Misarata and their Brigade which calls itself "purgers of slaves and black skins" -- anyone important falling into their hands as a captive from conflict is murdered violently. Libya: Hillary Clinton kill Gaddafi no more questions - October 20, 2011 US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton says Washington wants to see the former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi captured or killed. The statement came during her surprise visit to Libya at a meeting with senior members of the country's National Transitional Council. She has also pledged millions of dollars in new aid, including medical care for wounded fighters and additional assistance to secure weaponry, which many fear could fall into the hands of extremists. Most of the new aid money will go toward finding and destroying thousands of Gaddafi-era shoulder-fired surface-to-air missiles that are unaccounted for since the fighting began.
