On Monday authorities found tainted rice from three farms with cesium levels at nearly 1050 becquerels per kilogram which is more than double the government's safety limit of 500 becquerels. They also say about 9 kilograms of the tainted rice was sold to the public in Idate. Meanwhile, over in Onami district the site of the first radiation-detected rice four more farms were found to be contaminated.
