Nick Tohme - Puesta Del Sol (Ian Osborn & Nicolas Francoual Remix)
Taking the Nation’s Capital by storm and turning heads at clubs along the mediterranean, DJ and producer Nick Tohme had earned himself a permanent spot on the books at many of the country's trendiest nightclubs. A welcomed addition to the music scene, Nick has unleashed the energy of his music for more than a decade . Right from listening to dj shows in local radio stations in early 90's, Nick was extremely curious to know what it would be like to be part of this club culture , At the very least , he just wanted to be part of this unique atmosphere that had him longing for more and more. Seemingly a natural since his early teens, Nick began spinning for a local radio station and for friends at some private parties, and was soon filling in for a DJ at some local clubs. His signature pumping housey style mixed with energetic vocals has since become an unmistakable sound that has been heard in venues across Lebanon . Blowing up the stage @ la voile bleue & Ishtar Bar in summer of 2002 , has gained Nick a large and loyal fan base that recognized good music, and acknowledged his mixing skills as being outstanding . Swaping clubs from one to another , like Mandaloun & Baby M , Beach Clubs like La Guava & Edde Sands & Oceana , and filling as a Guest DJ in clubs such as FUBAR, B018, O.M, Element, District ...were the proof of Nick's successfull career .. "What kept me going were the fans and the passion ," Nick says. "Once people actually started to enjoy and appreciate the work that was put into these mixes, it made it even more worthwhile. It's good to see that there are others , who seem to have the same tastes in music as I do." In Februray 2005 , Nick moved to "Egypt" searching for a new experience . DJing by the Red sea is just an amazing journey Nick says . The "multicolored"clubbers coming from all over the world just to enjoy this country were an astonishing experience , travelling across Egypt from Sharm el Sheikh to Hurgada passing by Cairo , and then dropping by the mediterranean coast is just marvelous , different people and different nationalities gather under one tent , leaving all their differences behind and just dancing and enjoying Nick's stomping beats . As life is full of new experiences, Nick decided to take his career to the next level ! and Dubai was the next new destination . 2007 was the year when Nick moved to Dubai for a new taste and for a new experience...From DJing at some of the coolest and trendiest night spots all around Dubai (Nick Shared the decks with the best names in the electronic music industry, such as : Paul Oakenfold, Steve Angello, John Digweed, Above & Beyond, Sister Bliss (FAITHLESS), Seb Fontaine, Andy Moor, David Vendetta, Chuckie, John Dahlback, Sebastien Leger, Sandy Rivera, Danny Howells, D.O.N.S .... the list goes on and on) to releasing his massive tunes from remixes and original productions

"best riad manager in marrakech"Oliver from Riad Dar Najat
“Best Riad with the Best People in Marrakech” was just at this lovely Riad for my first visit to Marrakech and it was beyond amazing. Coming in, you are instantly greeted by the warmest people who make you feel right at home. The Riad is tucked away from the chaos of the Old Town but is in the perfect location; we didn't drive anywhere the three days we were in town (we just walked, and walked, and walked). The rooms are lovely; clean and very beautifully decorated with awesome bathrooms and great showers! There is a lovely lobby for late night chess games and three levels of terraces for outdoor teas, drinks, etc. At night, the Riad was quiet and we slept so well : ) Eat lots here, as the food is delicious and home-made...also very reasonably priced! Breakfast (included) was served every morning and was a wonderful mix of european croissants, moroccan bread, and awesome coffee...all served outside overlooking the rooftops of Marrakech. Dinners were extra but well worth the money as the food was authentic and served in a relaxed atmosphere making it feel like you were really at home, not in a hotel. The owner and staff are wonderful...they have great advice for shopping, spas, etc and will help you find anything. We were here for New Year's Eve and the party was unforgettable. I cannot say enough wonderful things; Riad Dar Najat made Marrakech the trip of a lifetime. Stay here!!!!

By Jason Claffey Email the author January 9, 2012 Ron Paul's wife, Carol, was shoved by a reporter at a Manchester diner this morning as a crush of press created a "mob"-like atmosphere, his campaign said in a news release. The incident occurred while Paul was attempting to campaign at Moe Joe's, a diner in the city. More than 120 media members packed the diner, creating an "unsafe" situation that forced Paul to leave, his campaign said. "A significant increase in the press corps, largely driven by an influx of foreign journalists, exceeded all expectations," his campaign said in a statement. “While we are very welcoming of media coverage and grateful for the interest in Dr. Paul and his campaign, basic safety simply must come first. "On behalf of Dr. Paul and his campaign team, I would like to apologize to customers at Moe Joe’s who may have been distressed by this incident, and extend our gratitude and apologies to the owners, who were kind enough to have us." After the incident, Paul headed to the Timberland facility in Stratham, where the media situation was much more tame. There were roughly 50 members of the media there. Paul's wife was in attendance and waved to the crowd when she was introduced by her husband. During his speech to employees, Paul was flanked by a pair of what appeared to be bodyguards dressed in black trenchcoats – an unfamiliar sight at his campaign stops over recent weeks. Unfortunately, we weren't there to witness the incident, but apparently it was mayhem. When Paul arrived at Moe Joe's Family Restaurant, the tiny Manchester diner was already teeming with more than 120 reporters, who promptly swarmed Paul and his wife, Carol, before they had even gotten out of the parking lot. One reporter even shoved Carol and told her to "Get out of the way," according to campaign manager Jesse Benton. (Paul's wife rarely campaigns with her husband, so presumably the reporter didn't recognize her.) After about 15 minutes, Paul gave up fighting the hordes and retreated back with his security detail. In a statement this afternoon, Paul's campaign manager Jesse Benton apologized "to be respectful of both Dr. Paul and of New Hampshire voters, who are entitled to examine their candidates in a safe and responsible atmosphere.” Interestingly, Benton writes that the mob was driven by an "influx of foreign journalists." We have no idea if this is true or not, but it would make sense, given that Paul has quite a few fans overseas. In fairness to the media, the dustup wasn't entirely their fault. Reuters reports that the diner was already a madhouse before Paul arrived — in addition to the reporters, the place was packed with 100 Massachusetts high-school students, activists from Americans Elect, two people in pig costumes promoting www.taxmeat.com, and New Hampshire celebrity Vermin Supreme, a perennial presidential candidate who runs on a oral hygiene/zombie preparedness platform (seriously). But given the astounding number of reporters covering the GOP presidential primaries, there was bound to be an incident.
