    Best guest house Marrakech-Riad Dar Najat

    TOP RIAD IN MARRAKECH RIAD DAR NAJAT BY BLACK ZITOUN “An Incredible Experience at the Riad Dar Najat” While Marrakech, Morocco is already such a beautiful and culturally rich city, to have a Riad treat you as if you were there own only makes the experience that much more incredible. Upon arriving at the Riad Dar Najat via there own car service, we were greeted with smiles and enthusiasm by family and friends eager to provide us with the best time of our life. It was a long trip to Morocco, and all we could think about was how hungry we were when we arrived, without a clue of what we would be served (I was travelling with my 20 year old brother, I am 23---his review is below). To our surprise, it happened to be the best meal of my life, hands down. You can see my review of the Dar Najat Kitchen here: (http://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUserReviews-g293734-d2460020-r125007371-Dar_Najat_s_Kitchen-Marrakech_Marrakech_Tensift_El_Haouz_Region.html) After having a great meal with all the courses to fill you up including wine and beer, we chatted it up with the Olivier and his workforce (basically his family). They were so eager to show us the time of our life, as they could tell we had never been to such a country. We were in AFRICA, and were ready to experience the joys of a foreign culture. As night came, we were brought to our room, which was very nice. It was comfortable, had all the amenities and was very well decorated thanks to some very talented local artists :) In the morning, yet again we were surprised to walk up to a beautiful breakfast with fresh bread, crepes/pancakes, pastries, omelettes, coffee and fresh orange juice. Yes we were satisfied. We decided to take the first couple of days to explore the city ourselves but then realized that we needed some guidance in deciding where to visit around the area. The Riad Dar Najat family had all of the information we needed. Not only did they bring us around Marrakech to see local products being made like Carpets and Rugs and Leather, we were also put in touch with another friend/driver of theirs that took us on a day trip to the Atlas Mountains, where we hiked and drank mint tea under a waterfall. It was complete serenity. I should have mentioned this prior, but mint tea is their staple welcoming offering, and it is quite delicious. You will be offered it everywhere, and please drink it, you wont regret it. The next day they took us on a day trip to their other Riad Bab Essaouira in the beach town of Essaouira. We got there on a beautiful day, ate fresh fish on the beach, and then visited the Riad to meet the artist of all of there wonderful artwork. We sat on the roof overlooking the ocean drinking mint tea. We also visited some local wood shops and made some great purchases to bring home to our friends and family. Let me add that we tried some other restaurants around the area, very prestigious restaurants with high prices....the food did not amount to anything that the Dar Najat's kitchen provided us. Le Marrakechi was the place we went, and the meat was dry, the portions small and the bill HIGH. So please don't hesitate to trust the food at Riad Dar Najat, it truly was the best meal. We requested the same meal on our final night, and it was as delicious as the first. You'll also find that the chef is a wonderful young lady just as eager to please us with her delicious recipes. Every employee was there for us whenever we needed them. It was such a great trip, and if we went back, we would surely stay with the Dar Najat family again.     MARRAKECH BEST RIAD 2012

    "Your Palace in the Heart of Marrakech" Riad Dar Najat My brother and I (20 and 23 y.o.) traveled to Marrakech and stated at the Riad Dar Najat for 5 all of our 5 nights. I have NEVER stayed in such an AWESOME HOTEL! Oliver (the owner) and his crew of Moroccan friends and employees all get along great with each other, and are more than welcoming and inviting. The tea never stops flowing, and the conversations continue on (if thats way you would like). They will treat you like kings and like best friends (they hang out and give advice and stories, and they make sure you're always satisfied and have a full cup of tea, and a full stomach). The hospitality topped this deal off, even though the pure beauty of each of the 7 rooms, and of the roof terrace and each of 3 levels of the wraparound terrace, are captivating enough. They will arrive trips for you, serve you wonderful breakfast each morning and upon request they will cook you the BEST DINNER IN MARRAKECH. No joke, we spent over $100 equivalent on dinner for two one night and it was terrible compared to the tajine we had at the Riad for about a quarter the price You could never step out of the road and still have a great time in Marrakech, though of course this is not what any traveler should do in such an exotic place. Also, the LOCATION IS AWESOME!!! Unique Qualities: Courtyard, 3 wrap-around terraces plus a rooftop terrace. Very interesting, fun architecture that makes you feel like you're in a little palace or fortress. And they treat you like kings as well. They have a deal set up with drivers who will take you on awesome private day trips, where you can do whatever you want along the way. It's like you're in a band and its your tour bus, and you've got an awesome (most likely Berber) guide/driver making conversation and telling you about the area. Everything is great at the Dar Najat. The artwork is really cool too, and you should definitely ask about it. We got to meet the artist in Essouaria (a town about 2 hours drive away), where he stays at Oliver's other Riad.     Jamiroquai - Lifeline :: Official Video

    "Lifeline" is the third single from British acid jazz group Jamiroquai's studio album, Rock Dust Light Star. The single was released via Digital Download on January 24 2011. The song was written by band frontman Jay Kay and Matt Johnson. It is the band's third single to be released under Mercury Records. The single will not receive an official physical release. It appears that the Jamiroquai logo typeface has been stretched vertically for this release. The video for the single was made available on the group's YouTube account on January 7, 2011. The track has so far peaked at #99 on the UK Singles Chart. All three singles from Rock Dust Light Star have identical cover artwork, with the exception of the song title, which is printed in a different colour each time.

    "BEST RIAD FOR PARTY PEOPLE IN MARRAKECH-DAR NAJAT" loves FELA KUTI Coffin For Head Of State (

    “We did not want to leave, has to be the best riad in Marrakech” We have recently returned from a 4 nights stay at Riad Dar Najat, what a fantastic riad this is, it is perfect in every way, the location, the staff, the food, everything was perfect. The owner of the riad had organised our airport transfer, it went smoothly and within 15 minutes of leaving the airport we were at the riad. The vehicle we were travelling in was able to get within a minute away from the riad which was handy (even though the riad is located in the middle of the old medina). The location is perfect as it is very close to the main square only a 5 minute walk away and yet it is located in a very peaceful part of the medina, there was no noise in the night at all, which meant a great nights sleep. The riad has recently been renovated and the owner has done a brilliant job, the riad has been decorated in an original way, with artwork throughout the riad. There were 2 roof terraces and one had a lovely jacuzzi on it. It was so magical in the evening as the stars were so bright and the whole riad had such an atmosphere about it, you really felt like you were in such a peaceful place. The food at the riad was special, it was all freshly cooked and tasted magnificant, we requested the kefta tagine which was so delicious, it was served with fresh salads and breads, we loved the food at the riad. Our room was very nice, it had a comfortable double bed and was ensuite, it had its own air conditioning unit which we did not need as it was nice and cool in the riad. The room had complimentry water bottles in it which I thought was a nice touch. Towels were provided and they were changed whenever we requested. The staff at the raid were really special, they were prepared to do whatever we asked, they were always smiling and seemed really happy in their work. On our first visit to the square we were taken there by Amin, he seemed to be at the riad 24/7 and was really helpful to us. When it was time to leave, we did not want to, it felt like our own home, we will definetly be returning to Riad Dar Najat in the early part of 2012. Thanks to all the riads team who made us feel so welcome.

Histoire du groupe Les membres se sont rencontré au jardin d'enfance, ou Fujiwara, Naoi, and Masukawa était dans la même classe; Masu a connu les autres menbres plus tard [n'étant pas dans la même classe]. En école élémentaire, Fujiwara se sépare de ces amis allant dans une école différentes de ces amis, mais il a quand même gardé contact avec Naoi. Plus tard, les quatres membres se retrouveront dans la même classe en école primaire. C'est a cette époque que les membres se sont reconnu l'un l'autre. (Masukawa dit a Fujiwara "Je me souviens de toi ! Nous étions au dans la même classe au jardin d'enfance ! "). Les quatres membres sont entré dans le même collège et, un plus tard, Masu dit a Fujiwara : "Formons un groupe et changeons l'histoire du rock". Ils ont économisé tout leur argents durant leur période au collège pour pouvoir s'acheter des instruments; Fujiwara a même fait mention qu'il économisé en utilisant une partie de son budget alimentaire au lieu de s'en servir pour acheter a manger. Arrivé au lycée [An oter que lycée et collège ne forment qu'un établissement au Japon], ils ont commencé a faire des reprises des Beatles au festival de l'école et ont composé quelques musiques relativement original, toutes ont été faite en anglais. Ils ont gagné leur première récompense a l'age de 17 ans avec la musique "DANNY", écrite entièrement en anglais. La même année, ils ont fait "Glass no Blues" (ou "Blues of Glass" en anglais) et ont gane plusieurs récompense. Ils ont alors sorti une demo tape durant un live en 1997 qui s'est vendu en 10 minutes. Mais le groupe a fait une pause jusqu'à ce que les menbres parviennent jusqu'à l'université... le groupe reprend en 1998, et en 1999, ils sortent leur premier album, FLAME VEIN. Leur premier single, LAMP, est sorti plus tard dans l'année. En 2000, il enregistre leur première vidéo promotionnel, "Glorious Revolution", et sortent leur second album THE LIVING DEAD, et font leur premier live tour. Leur second single, Diamond, est aussi sorti durant cette année. la popularité du groupe ne cesse d'augmenter durant l'année 2001, avec la sortie de leur troisième single "Tentai Kansoku" (aussi appelé "Star Gazing"), une musique qui a attiré l'attention du publique sur le groupe. C'est devenu une musique extrèmement populaire et leur troisième album, jupiter, sort un an après. Cette année la sera beaucoup plus importante au niveau des tournées live, il y aura aussi plus de single, et en l'an 2004, il sorte leur quatrième album, Yggdrasil. Sont sorti par la suite les singles "Planetarium" en juillet 2005 et supernova/karma en Novembre. Leur tournée live suivante, dénommée "Run Rabbit Run"a commencé le 13 Janvier 2006. Ils ont par la suite sorti un single en Novembre 2006, qui est le dernier en date. Leurs musiques dans la culture populaire Les musiques "Tentai Kansoku", "K", "Sailing Day" and "Karma" ont été utilisé par la suite dans les jeu d'arcade musicale GuitarFreaks et DrumMania [produit par Bemani]. La musique "Karma" de leur single Supernova/karma est le thème principale du jeu video de Namco Tales of the Abyss. Leur single Arue est une musique dédié au personnage Rei Ayanami, de la très célébre serie anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. la musique a aussi le nom de R. A. , les initiales du personnage mentioné ci avant. La musique "Sailing Day" a été utilisé comme thème de crédit du film One Piece : Dead End Adventure, qui est le quatrième film de cette série anime. But to get the freshest juice we knew we had to go further - much further.     The Legend of 9-11 — 10 Years On - September 2, 2011 This video concentrates on the two major 9/11 issues: The Unidentified Planes and The Controlled Demolitions. Nothing else. It does not mention the NORAD stand--down; the don't-fly and don't-go-to-work warnings or the Dancing Israelis or any of the other anomalies and suspicious happenings. The alleged amateur suicide pilots are not mentioned, either, for obvious reasons, and I do not know what happened to the allegedly hijacked planes or their alleged passengers and crews. It is my contention that the 9/11 Truth Movement has got to concentrate on the most blatant and provable lies in the official story, and stop trying to be an amateur Police Precinct or a citizen's District Attorney's Office. The Movement must bring pressure to bear in the authorities for a new enquiry, so that the police, the FBI, the NTSB and all of the other law enforcement and investigative agencies can do what should have been done 10 years ago: Find out who was responsible for the crime of the attacks on 9/11 and bring them to justice. While I was thinking about a video for the 10th anniversary of 9/11, an English artist named David Borrington got in touch, and asked if I would write and record some voice commentaries to be included in a set of prints that he was making for the same occasion. When I saw his strangely haunting artwork, I decided to incorporate David's images into my video.     ESSAOUIRA BEST BOUTIQUE RIAD_RIAD BAB ESSAOUIRA

    A fantastic riad in the middle of the old medina of Essaouira. This riad has recently opened and it is very luxurious. The riad is decorated throughout with one-off African artwork, it is amazing. We had a double room which was very nice, it even had a flatscreen TV in it. All of the rooms are en-suite and even have their own lounge area. On the large roof terrace you have views of the Atlantic Ocean, there is a gentle breeze blowing which is really nice on a warm day. In the evening you get a magnificent view of the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean from the roof terrace. The riad is in a quiet area of the medina, it is a few minutes walk away from the main shopping area, the fish market and a five minute walk away from the main beach of Essaouira.     “We loved this riad, we will be going back there....” We stayed at this riad for 3 nights, and wow what an experience is was. The location was great, it was in a quite street but still in the middle of the old medina of Essaouira. The riad itself was really nice, it is decorated all over with original African artwork. The riad was clean and kept to a high standard. The staff at this riad are very friendly, they were happy to assist us with whatever we needed. They were even happy to take us around the medina to help us get our bearings, a really nice touch. Our room was really nice, it had a flat screen TV fitted on the wall and its own bathroom. There was a really nice roof terrace at the riad which was great to chillout on in the evening and to watch the sun come down over the Atlantic Ocean, an experience not to be missed. The riad is close to everything is Essaouira, the cafes, the beach, the old fort. We will definitely go back and stay at this riad, it is great value for money.
