The Osmonds Brothers - Crazy Horses

Durant les années 70, les Jackson Five avaient des "conccurents", les Osmond brothers...Composé de 5 frères, les Osmond font leurs débuts à Disneyland, puis passe dans le Andy Williams show au débuts des années 60 (Donny, le 5ème membre ne fait pas encore partie du groupe). Au début des années 70, Donny rejoint ses quatres autres frères. Ils interprètent One bad apple en 1971, une chanson qui était destinée au Jackson 5, dont le son est très ressemblant à la Soul Bubblegum des J5. A la fin de l'année 1971, ils sortent Yo-yo. De 1972 à 1973, les Osmonds ont droit aussi à un dessin animé, comme les Jackson... Le groupe est parfois rejoint, comme les Jackson Five avec Randy, par Little Jimmy. En 1972, Donny commence une carrière solo : il interprète Puppy love, Too young (la même que Michael chante sur l'album Music and me), Why, etc... De 1976 à 77, il présente avec sa soeur Marie, The Donny and Marie Show (comme les J5 avec The Jacksons TV Show). Aujourd'hui, la famille Osmond chante toujours...Le père George Osmond est décédé dernièrement le 06/11/2007. Il avait 90 ans.

"Libertango" par Astor Piazzolla (1974) Yo Yo Ma (Violoncelle) Astor Piazzolla né le 11 mars 1921 à Mar del Plata et décédé le 4 juillet 1992 à Buenos Aires, était un bandonéoniste et compositeur argentin. Il fut le musicien le plus important de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle pour le Tango.
