I am a Hip Hop journalist. I started taking writing seriously in high school and got my first major writing gig in 2004 with HipHopClub.biz. One year later, I started working for a local Hip Hop publication called inBox Magazine & DVD reporting the music scene in St. Louis and Minneapolis. Several months later I got my own CD reviews column in inBox called "The Grimm Report" under the pseudonym St. Louis' Ben Grimm. My work has also appeared in publications such as AllHipHop.com, The Riverfront Times, StlHipHop.com, GlobalGrind.com, HipHop.cn (SixShot.com in China) and theDAMNtruth.MAG. I am also the publicist for recording artist Ebony Eyez.
